Start with the number of passengers
Passenger count is the one fact that rules vehicles in or out. Count everyone who will actually be in the vehicle at the same time, including children, and decide whether you want the group to travel in one vehicle or several. A vehicle that is full is less comfortable than one with a little room, so if your group is close to a vehicle's limit, consider the next size up.

- Chevrolet Suburban: up to 6 passengers
- Cadillac Escalade: up to 6 passengers
- Mercedes-Benz Sprinter: up to 8 passengers
- Lincoln MKT Stretch: up to 8 passengers
- Ford Transit: up to 10 passengers

Then consider the occasion
Weddings and formal occasions. Classic cars suit couples and small family groups who want a distinctive arrival. Stretch limousines suit a wedding party travelling together.
Corporate travel and airport transfers. SUVs and vans are practical when luggage matters and when you want a quieter, more understated vehicle. Group size and the amount of luggage are the main factors.
Proms, birthdays and nights out. Stretch limousines and larger vehicles keep a group together for the whole evening. For larger groups, one bigger vehicle is often simpler than several smaller ones.
Wine tours and day trips. A day of travel is more comfortable in a vehicle with room to spread out, so many groups choose a van or stretch vehicle rather than the smallest one that fits.
Think about luggage and pickup points
Luggage takes space. If your group is travelling to or from the airport, tell us how many bags are coming so the vehicle can be matched properly. Also mention any pickup that has limited access, such as a narrow street or a building with a restricted loading area.
Ask about interiors and features
Within each vehicle type, the interior layout and features differ. Our fleet pages describe each vehicle and include photographs, with interior photos for the stretch limousines, the Sprinter and the party bus. If a particular feature matters to you, ask when you request your quote.
When in doubt, ask
If you are unsure between two vehicles, send us your passenger count, the date, the pickup and drop-off locations, and the type of occasion. We will review your details and respond with vehicle options and pricing based on your request. You can browse the whole fleet first.
