Terms and conditions

These terms summarize how bookings with AB Limousine Services Inc. work. The signed Service Agreement and your invoice govern your specific booking.

Reservations and payment

A 30% non-refundable booking deposit reserves the vehicle, chauffeur availability and service date. The remaining balance is due one day before scheduled service. We accept Interac e-Transfer, cash and credit card, and other methods approved in writing.

When a booking is confirmed

  • We have verified availability for your date
  • We have verified receipt of the required deposit
  • We have received your signed Service Agreement
  • We have received your signed Credit Card Authorization Form

The Credit Card Authorization Form is required for every booking, including bookings paid by Interac e-Transfer or cash. A credit card authorization is held as security only. It is not a payment unless a permitted charge is processed.

The invoice governs

Your invoice is the final authority for total service price, HST, gratuity where applicable, deposits, payments, remaining balance and payment due date.

Itinerary and additional charges

Service is based on the itinerary confirmed in writing. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, route changes, waiting time, overtime, parking, tolls and venue fees. Chargeable changes are approved in writing wherever reasonably possible.

Conduct, cleaning and damage

The client is responsible for all passengers. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles. Charges for damage or excessive cleaning are supported by reasonable documentation, which may include photographs, repair or cleaning invoices and an incident report.

Operations and liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide the reserved vehicle and may substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle where necessary. Delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, emergencies or government direction are outside our reasonable control. Chauffeurs may refuse unsafe or unlawful conduct.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
