This policy explains what AB Limousine Services Inc. collects when you request a quote or make a booking, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

• Booking details: dates, times, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger counts, vehicle preference
• Billing information required to process a booking
• Correspondence you send us

• To prepare quotes and manage reservations
• To communicate with you about a booking
• To process permitted payments
• To meet legal, insurance and operational requirements

Payment information

We never ask for full card numbers, security codes or e-transfer passwords by email or text message, and we do not store CVV information. Our Credit Card Authorization Form records only card type, last four digits and expiry date.

Sharing

We do not sell client information. We disclose it only where necessary to deliver the service you booked, or where required by law.

Retention and access

Booking records are retained as long as required for business, tax and insurance purposes. To ask what we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email info@ablimousine.ca.

Alex, our AI Concierge

Alex is an automated assistant on this website, not a person. Alex answers from the text of our own web pages. Your chat messages are handled in your browser. They are not saved to your device or sent to us by the chat. They stay in your browser’s memory while you browse this website, and are erased when you choose Clear conversation, or when you reload or leave the page. Closing the chat window only hides it. Alex does not use your microphone.

If you ask Alex to prepare a quote request, nothing is sent until you review the summary and choose Submit Inquiry. Only then are the details you entered sent to us through the same form service as the quote form on this website, and they are handled as described above. A quote request does not reserve a vehicle.

The read-aloud feature uses the text-to-speech built into your browser or device. Depending on your device and browser, the voice may be generated on the device or by a service your browser provider operates. We do not receive or record the audio. Please do not type card numbers or passwords into the chat.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising cookies. If web analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand aggregate traffic patterns.
