Define the trip clearly
Write down who is travelling, where they are going, the date and the time. For point-to-point trips, such as an office to a meeting or an airport to a hotel, a pickup address, a drop-off address and a time are usually enough. For longer days with several stops, prepare a short itinerary with each address and a contact name.
Choose between point-to-point and hourly service
Point-to-point is simple when you have one journey. Hourly service suits a day with several meetings, because the vehicle and chauffeur stay with you between stops. Think about which fits your day, and ask about the difference when you request a quote. Our hourly chauffeur service page explains how hourly booking works.
Match the vehicle to the travellers
For one or two executives, an SUV such as the Cadillac Escalade or Chevrolet Suburban is a common choice, each carrying up to six passengers. For a small delegation, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (up to eight) or the Ford Transit (up to ten) gives everyone room with luggage.
Plan airport arrivals properly
For guests arriving by air, collect their airline and flight number in advance. Airport pickups are coordinated based on flight schedules, so having this detail early helps. Our airport transfer guide covers what to prepare.
Settle billing and paperwork
Ask what the invoice will show, how and when payment is due, and who in your organization should receive it. Confirm the total price, applicable HST and the cancellation terms in writing before the trip.
Agree on communication
Provide one contact for the day and a mobile number that will be answered. Tell your provider how you would like to be reached if plans change, and confirm how you can reach them. AB Limousine provides 24-hour service, and you can reach us at 888-486-0169.
Send us your requirements
For a quote, send the dates, locations, passenger count and any special requirements. We will review your details and respond with vehicle options and pricing based on your request. Learn more on our corporate transportation page.
