Deposits are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or where we are unable to provide the agreed service. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

Cancellation schedule

• More than 14 days before service: deposit retained, no additional cancellation charge
• 7 to 13 days before service: up to 50% of the total contracted service amount may be retained or charged
• Less than 7 days before service, same-day cancellation, or no-show: up to 100% of the total contracted service amount may be retained or charged

High-demand dates

For weddings, holidays, major concerts and other high-demand dates, the cancellation terms stated on your invoice control.

If we cannot provide the service

If we are unable to provide the service we agreed, your deposit is refunded in full. Where possible we will offer a comparable or upgraded vehicle first, at no additional cost.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
