Where possible, the same chauffeur handles every trip on an account, so nobody is re-explaining the building's loading entrance or an assistant's cell number each time.
Any change to the itinerary is confirmed in writing before it is charged, and HST is broken out on every invoice. It is billed per booking or monthly, whichever suits how your business runs.

Our corporate limousine service covers executive transportation, VIP transportation for visiting clients and guests, and transfers for business travel, including airport-to-office and airport-to-hotel trips.
We also provide transportation for corporate meetings, client visits, executive events and business group outings, from a Cadillac Escalade for a visiting executive to a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford Transit for a team moving between a hotel, an office and an evening event. Each itinerary is confirmed in writing, and changes are approved before they are charged.

How booking works
- Tell us about your plans. Send your event date, pickup and destination, passenger count, preferred vehicle and approximate duration.
- We review your requirements. We check your itinerary and vehicle needs against availability.
- Receive your personalized quote. You receive a written quotation outlining your transportation details and applicable charges.
- Confirm your reservation. Your reservation is finalized once availability has been verified and the 30% non-refundable deposit, signed Service Agreement and signed Credit Card Authorization Form have been received and verified. The Credit Card Authorization Form is required for every booking, including bookings paid by Interac e-Transfer or cash. The remaining balance is due one day before service.
